  This is LITERALLY the only branch to give me problems when it comes to MY OWN money I personally suggest port charlotte or ft.myers to go to....

  Regions bank is worse then B of A. I've had NOTHING but a horrible experience with them. Customer service is the WORST I've ever experienced and try transfers with another bank and your doomed. You've been warned. Go to Chime or Suncoast if your in FL.

  I can't get over how James the Branch Manager tried his hardest by trying to manipulate me into paying $7.00 to cash a $1000 check and only get back $200, not get no more for a week, vs going and paying Wal Amrt $3.50 and get back my full amount and deposit what I didnt need. Im almost certain he manipulated my Grandmother that he went to the Kingdom Hall with as well... that told me right there he's well up to date with leading people into doing what he feels is best for the Branch, not the people . Think about all the elder that he manipulated like this

  Always exceeding my expectations.. the Regions bank here in PG has forever changed my stigma and anxiety with banks. They, (James, Cindy, and the woman in the front right when you first walk in) have completely humanized banking for me and continue to make me feel special and cared about. This is a bank I’m talking about!!! How incredible is that? They continue to go above and beyond, everyone should switch to this bank!

  Dear Regions Bank, I have an account with you, but I am from out of town and I went on line to see what hours you are open. Guess what, there was nothing readily available to tell me what your hours of operation were. Now I would think that would be pretty basic info, even if there were some individual differences, but on a whole there would be some uniformity as to when you are open for business. Yes I am on line, but do not necessarily want to do business via your on line services - I just wanted some basic information. If I am wrong that this info is there, then you have it extremely well hidden. FYI for your customer services Mgr.

  They need to update information. Yesterday the website said the drive through was open at 8am at this location.
