  No way in hell . I just walked in this place and was treated poorly. We were NOT even greeted properly. We seated ourselves and waited for this I believe it was Amanda character to talk to us with our backs turned and while she was seated. Poor customer service from the beginning. She chuckled while I was trying to explain what account I needed to open up for my business and since it was a laughing and disrespectful matter I’m taking my business elsewhere… I wonder why they are hiring for her position. Won’t be back

  Worst regions branch I’ve ever visited. Thankfully, I have had much better experience at all other branches. The drive thru customer service is extremely poor. Long wait time (over 10 minutes when there is only one other customer in drive up) and very unfriendly teller who needs to learn customer service skills.

  I Rarely give a Bad review, it’s necessary this time. Regions employees, start looking for another job soon. These Neanderthals running the place, starting at the Very Top have ruined & continue to smash this Institution in the Ground. NO customer service. Scripts read. Laughable & Unbelievable. Who in the Hell is in charge? Try using your APP! Sadzzz

  This branch has the worst customer service. I went through the drive thru for a deposit and waited 15 minutes. I was never greeted or acknowledged and didn't even get an apology for waiting. The parking lot was completely empty and I could clearly see two tellers working. Definitely avoid this branch if you can.
