  Katherine Kerr would not reccommend as a black woman. I found out about her through an agent. From the start you barely responded back to me. I provided my situation all laid out and more informaton was needed. Just for my initiial assessment to be right. All my emails are not responsed to or phone calls. The agent that referred me to her slowly stopped responding to me. Katherine made a few comments saying she would tell my agent. I did not like this communication was an opportunity for me to get discriminated against and was a complete waste of my time. No return calls or emails and communication with agents which is typical Mobile behavior to be messy and nosey.

  Wow!!! Excellent well trusted and honest. I wasn’t to sure if I was ready to become a home owner after hearing the steps and the process from other home owners. But I can say after talking with home embrace there were no worries every step was clear. Phone calls and emails were never left unread/answered. I thank them so much for making me a home owner.

  Mrs. Maggie was very patient and polite to us through the whole process. She was there to answer my every question and concern, any time or day. I definitely will be referring her to others so they could have to the most smooth process like we had.

  This is a great place to look for home loan! I had a great experience with Shirley Weston she helped us to achieve a goal which is a buying a brand new house!
