If you like going to your bank to get harassed for wearing a hat because you're an immigrant come here if Anna is not there you might be able to get away with it but if Anna is there she's not having that. Do not go to a bank with ignorant people. Update now my account is terminated forced to take my money out of my checking without warning and when I wanted to ask more questions I was threaten that they would call the police on me. I had zero warning what so ever my account would or could be terminated like this and I’m going on day two dealing with this hassle.

This is the ideal place to receive help and advice for any type of business that you are going to start, either with your home or if you are going to apply for a loan. The bank manager is actually very professional and is willing to help with your projects. I recommend 100%

This bank is excellent. Your staff is very helpful and always try to help you in all your financial needs. This bank has very good products that adapt to all your needs. The office is always clean and your staff especially Juan Saavedra are highly trained, here you will feel that more than a client you are part of the family. If you are a business owner and you are looking for a bank that fits your needs, I recommend that you choose Regions and if you are in Central Florida it is the best branch.

This bank has one of the worst customer service ever. I walked in and literally anyone that walked in after was seen. I came in to open a checking account and waited 30 minutes before anyone opened their mouth to welcome me. There happen to be a parking lot accident when I visited. One of the banking associates mentioned to the other banking associate who was at the time busy with one of the men who was involved in the parking lot incident told her that the gentlemen can resolve this on their own in the meantime attend to me. Of course all this was said in Spanish she proceed to shrug me off and basically ignored me. She was hoping on 1 leg with an injury. I then waited another 5 or so minutes, and a man walks in, stands at the lobby for a bit and I hear the lady who ignored me ask the young man who just came in, is that you so and so?” He then made his way into her office and she began to assist him. Don’t go hear if you’re black and don’t speak Spanish.

customer service at this bank and excessive demand are a reassurance that nit banking with this branch is a good decision. I cannot recall the young ladies name however she is a short, dark skinned young lady. She was rude and sarcastic. beyond that, the procedure that you all actually call the account holder rather than using signature verification cards as most banks do, is a complete inconvenience and is more the standard for an Ace check cashing center. I bank with 4 other banks, and none of them put people thru the ringer for a simple 2k check as your bank did me today. Dr. Sinegal

Went there to deposit my income tax check and to also check on some fraudulent activity because my car was broken in too. The women who deposited my check took forever to do so calling all sorts of numbers and I never had that problem before it’s usually just in and out. Also when I went to go check on the fraudulent activity the manager kept asking me am I okay or do I need any help and when I said yes she said I’ll have someone with you in a few minutes. I don’t understand why you kept asking me the question if you were ready to assist me. The worst part is when I did get helped the women who helped me was either new or in training and did not know what to do so she called the manager who was yelling all my personal account information. So everybody could here. When I got back in the car with my friend repeated everything she asked me and advised about my fraudulent situation, which was very disappointing and embarrassing. I love regions but I will not go back to this location.

You would be safer off opening up a checkings account at any other bank than Regions. They never post any of your transactions on time but the will process it and overdraft you at the same time so you won't even know you were overdrafted in the first place to be able fix it before hand. Anytime you have any kind of issue the workers don't care about helping fixing whatever your problem was so why call or enter a branch in the first place when you're just wasting your time.

Worst experience i have ever had at a bank. There is a young lady by the last name of Escobar that finds it necessary to do everything she can to inconvenience you and plainly waste your time. She had no customer service skills, very rude and petty.

Customer Service is superb at this branch. My only complaint is that you can't see checks you've written online and if you need to really see them they charge you 5 dollars a check. With other banks you go online and the picture is there.

Regions bank is just like all big banks. They suck. I went to cash a check..written on a Regions check. I dont have an account there. There is a fee to cash a check..written with Regions. Always trying to milk every dime they can from you. This is why i bank at a credit union.
