  I've done business with this company for over a year & I've found them to be very friendly & courteous & even when I go there they've always been wonderful & caring..... Thank you all ladies keep up the good work. They are NOT in anyway rude or racist. Every time I go there I torment them in a joking way & they are all just so great about it GREAT & WONDERFUL LADIES IN THERE .

  I don't know if it's a company policy or varies by store, but it is annoying as hell, to receive 3-5 calls a day!! I fell on hard times, the place I worked at shutdown and I let the people at my local RF know. You only get refinancing options if you currently work, so that didn't help at all. I ended up a few payments behind but then was able to start making payments again [but couldn't get current at this point] and STILL received 3-5 calls EVERY day, even though I was making payments!

  This is a very good place to do business. The entire staffing team is not only attentive to your financial needs but are extremely polite and professional. Regional Finance is great! Keep up the awesome work ladies! You all Rock👍🏾

  By far the worst thing i've ever done by taking out a loan with this company! I should've LOOKED over the fine print to see what the interest rate would be and of course, it's my fault. 44% interest on a $1380.00 loan is just ridiculously outrageous and should be against the law! NEVER again will I trust a company like this! Be warned through the tactics they take before signing anything yet the DAY the loan is due for payment, they call to make sure they get the money for payment! lesson learned be advised consumers!

  Christina was amazing and helpful . Been doing Business with them for about 2 years and they are definitely worth a visit . Glad to have found them . Always coming through when you need it most. Thank you ladies .

  This company should be shut down. I’ve paid out my account, but I’ve been continuously harassed on the phone for payments. Finally I insisted that they cease the harassment because because my account is paid. Unbelievably they created a fake contract. A clear forgery. I called the killeen police to report this. I have my original contract with a signature. That forgery didn’t have one.

  By far the worst loan company to deal with. DO NOT GET A LOAN WITH REGIONAL FINANCE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. Also they will harass you with countless phone calls daily if you are even one day late.
