  Very helpful and transparent with the loan process. Amber helped me to get where I needed without any hiccups or uncertainties - whole process took less than 1 hour. Gerard was very welcoming with his customer relations - great phone skills, and most importantly, treated me like a person and not just another client. For quick and easy loans, this is the place to go.

  Love love love Kim she is very sweet and always helps me with my account. I have one star because even though the employees are exceptional the manager Andrew Crawford is horrible. Very rude and unprofessional! He acts as he hates his job and does not want to be there. The way he speaks to people is ridiculous

  Now that this location has new management. I can honestly say I'm glad to have an account with them again. Now that Andrew is gone have no fear, Debbie is here!! :) Not to forget the staff has also always been great!! She truly has your best interests at heart. Thanks to the girls at the lawrenceville office!

  Was sent a check a few times. 1 time I actually read it and called to see if it was real. It was and I cashed it. My payment was explained to me as I called, and they later sent me out the agreement. I paid all my payments on time (early), some by checks and some by money orders. Never been harassed, called, etc. Paid off my account early and was offered another loan. With the mailed check I don't think credit is checked. If wanting a new loan and they have to pull your credit just make sure it's good (talk to them about it first; they want to give you the loan it's how they make money). I'm buying a house next year and don't want my credit pulled and I'm thankful that I don't need a loan at this time. The $1000 mailed check is good in my opinion if it's right for you. I recommend this company, I've had no issues.

  Very janky and unprofessional. Needs to teach employees how to give out clear understanding information. They put something on credit before making all details clear to me. Will run credit then give you important details afterwards.

  I was hesitant on coming in, because I heard horror stories about the old management but after meeting with Debbie I was very pleased. The office is very friendly and inviting and all of the employees were extremely kind. I could not recommend this place enough.

  Applied was called back almost 6 hours later asking if they had called me back to which I said no. They wanted a co-signer which I declined. While I don’t have comments about their loan process I will say phone etiquette is beyond horrible!!!! Another negative thing they have no knowledge of their products before you apply!!!
