Being self employed, can cause difficulty when trying to prove income, but you went above and beyond, and I’m truly grateful, cause other lenders have just denied me without explanation, so it was amazing to have you explaining the possible cause, going paper by paper, and reached out for help, when it was above your knowledge. You’re the true definition of great customer service!!

  I am extremely satisfied with the service received from Regional Financial of Columbus GA. I was personally assisted by Ms Shanilka, her uplifting spirit and professionalism was above, beyond any service I’ll ever received. The entire staff was very polite, kind, professional and had the most welcoming spirit. I told them I appreciated their warm welcoming and professional. I called the office 20 minutes before closing and received the same uplifting service I received when I called at 0830 in the morning. I’ll highly recommend Regional Finance-highly recommend.   Honestly I can say the best loan company ever and the service was extremely excellent if you need a load I advise you to go to regional Finance 10/10😊😊😊

  Really enjoyed my experience here they are very friendly and a nice group of ladies to talk too... Kasey is the best..... I really forgot I was getting a loan because the vibe is everything.... Go see them!!!!!

  Regional finance here in columbus ga did an outstanding job helping me get approve. They worked with step by step and stayed in the communication with and the process super easy.
