      Called to change my due date. Was told just call back and we can take care of it. Called and was told can’t do that now. I said oh I wasn’t told that before (not being rude at all) and I was told and I quote “well if you would ask I can’t read minds” seriously?! Because I made a statement about not knowing ?! Worse regional finance ever. Sincerely hope you have a better day. Immediately called a different branch and switched offices. Highly DO NOT recommend

      Terrible company, especially this particular location. The staff is rude and unprofessional. If you’re even ONE DAY late on a payment, EXPECT to be harassed. I was a month and a half late on a payment. I called to make a payment and found out that they sent a request to have my WAGES GARNISHED. The positive thing about that occurring is that I’ll never have to do business with them again when it’s paid in full. They are really friendly when they can keep refinancing your loan, digging you deeper into debt. That’s their whole business module! Stay away from loan companies if you can, but if you must take a loan then find somewhere else to borrow from. From experience, I recommend Sun Loan.
