  This place is easy to work with, I have family that has used them many times. That’s the only reason they got 3 stars. They have to be one of the slowest companies in the loan industry. Why have so many people working in your store, if they just sit on their phones? The process still takes them hours.

  Going into Regional finance is awesome, the woman that work there are so sweet and wonderful, they are very pleasant, because of them I will go to Regional over and over, I’ve had several loans from them, they earned a 5 star.

  I have been treated with dignity and respect by the employees at this store. Getting a loan is a very hard decision to make; however, the staff were very courteous and kind.

  It's very sad when you have a loan with these people pay on time every month then out of blue this time they tell my hubby he has to have email to make his payment. 1 he doesn't use internet nor does he have an email account! So now he has to drive 45 minutes just to pay it this is a little ridiculous for all those customers out there who don't use internet! Guess they we lose our business!
