  AMANDA WAS GREAT! I loved her personality and the way she explained everything to me. You can tell she knew her stuff and even gave great recommendations! Regional finance should make sure to make her a manager. Zulmi was also great over the phone! Please make sure to keep this employees! They are awesome!!!

  I appreciate the simplicity of the loan, the rates are meh. I do like that there are a set number of payments, I'm sure it changes for some. HOWEVER, finding the account number to make payments online is IMPOSSIBLE. It's possible its on the check, but of course you've already cashed the check and unless your bank provides copies of deposited checks, you're SOL. There's a check # at the top of the disclosure statement, it's not working for me. I can't even register my account. I bet when I call, I can't get it over the phone and have to go to the local location and provide my first born child in order to get my account number and register my account. This is a great way to make your first payment late and add on charges. Beware and get an account number. Maybe an account number is provided online when you sign up.

  I called in regards to the interest rate on a loan. They told me that your score doesn't matter in regards to the interest rate, the rep obviously has no clue what she was talking about. Horrible customer service. 80% APR on a loan. ridiculous.
