  Excellent customer service across the board. All are welcoming with a smile at anytime a customer walks as my observation, whenever I go make a payment with Rocio 😍. I noticed a new manager Angelica which is the reason I think attitude change at regional. Before with the other manager, the atmosphere was quite negative.👍👍👍👍👍

  Was recommended there by a friend who received great service by the manager "Anjelica." Customer service was great! The staff is very friendly and professional- ready to help you out as soon as you go in. Service was rendered quick and was approved immediately and covered all the details. Anjelica was great and went above and beyond to help me with my financial needs. She will take care of you!

  Called to gather information about a loan, and the girl who answered "Jessica" sounded like she was in a rush to hang up on me, she also was talking to me in a rude tone. I called back to speak to a manager ad see if she had more customer service skills. Her name was "Nancy" and when I told her about my bad experience with "Jessica" all she said was, "aha", yeah" "ok", "I apologize". I'm a General Manager at a finance company and know more than anything that our customers make our business. This two ladies made me feel the worst person ever, it's already a bad situation asking for a loan and them making it worst is not the right way of treating ANYONE. Please change you staff! (northeast location is the same)

  If I could give 0 stars I would, horrible and disappointing experience. Seemed like the employees didn't know what they were doing, especially with my paper work. Sugar coated a lot of things, and their partners Household Furniture were horrible as well. Never coming here again and definitely not recommending.
