  The last time I came here was over 2 years ago, and I had an issue with the girl in the front and the manager then. They both argued with me and acted like I was stupid. I was desperate and decided to give them another chance, and am glad I did. They have an entirely new staff and management. They were extremely helpful and kind. I probably would have never done business here again if the same workers will still here. Glad to see the company takes customer feed back and hires better workers.

  Seemed nice on phone and in person, BUT the do not disclose the fees they charge in advance at anytime until you see it on the paperwork when sign. The manager will argue with you as they do so makes him a liar. Otherwise is fairly quick.

  I've been with these guys for years and have never had a bad experience. They are flexible and work with you. Customer service reps and manager, Mr. Pena are the nicest people ever.

  Worst customer service EVER! It's like they don't want you to make a payment so they can charge you a late fee. If your address is not printed on the check they will refuse it!!! Even if your check's name matched your ID.... EVEN IF the employee has processed payments with you many times in the past!!! WORST FINANCE EXPERIENCE EVER

  Nothing but good things to say about them. They loaned us money when no one else would, this summer after my wife and I moved here for new jobs. Always friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend them. 👍🏼

  The service of this company can not be compared to more than a comic movie talking about the worst, you cannot make payments either online or by phone only at the office where they gave you the loan with office hours, if you work at that time you will not be able to make the payment and that will generate surcharges for non-payment etc. They have a mailbox on the door where you can leave a check but he says that they are not responsible for it and with any pretext trying to collect surcharges they do not charge your check, and also you cannot imagine the type of people who work there, their serious attitude very similar to that of a penitentiary I think, think twice before doing business with this regional finance
