  I worked the Jamar to get a loan he was friendly , helpful and very professional . He did not make me wait long to finish the process. I would recommend Jamar and Regional finance to all my friends and family. Great customer service goes a long way !!!

  AWFUL!!!!! I saw this on snapchat and reported the photo to the Branch Manager. I am unsure of why she let the employee who posted this stay there. Customer information has been photographed and put on social media. How else do they protect personal information?!?!? This is unacceptable. This male employee should NOT HAVE HIS JOB!!!! Do the right thing by your customers!!!

  Terrible customer service! I got all the needed paperwork turned in quickly and had good service til that point. It seems like after that all communication was lost from their end. It took 3 days to get a denial answer which was completely fine. But 3 days? We were given the run around when I did try to call throughout the 3 days with some terrible excuses. My application was denied for "stipulations" was all the info I was given. No exact in-depth why so I could work on something for the future. And I got told that because I had to call and get an answer. The person doing our application stopped letting me know anything. it was my first experience there and will be my last.

  Jamar is awful. He does not know what he is talking about, I was able to get approved for a loan at One Main quicker than I was able to get any information back from him. Worst experience.

  I had very excellent customer service. Yes it did take a little bit for me to get a response, though I know it is a buisness and they are busy esp with the holidays. I'm sure if I said it was urgent theyay have pulled my file to get done sooner. I did get a call back saying I couldn't get what I was needing due to stipulations. We discussed and and not once but a few times she tried negotiating with the guys above her. While I was in the office signing papers I heard her on the phone trying to help someone from out of town cash their check because they had to get a loan or work supplies. Not only did she try her best to get that man's money cashed. She called banks and other resources so that man could have his moneu that day. I sure don't know anyone any where that would go that extra mile. I showed her my paperwork from a other loan company and she gave me excellent advice. I took my loan to pay that one off so I would have a cheaper payment. In the future if I'm in a bind if I pay my payments on time I know she will be happy to try to get more money as needed. Sometimes you just need to prove yourself to get what you need. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I will recommend anyone to go and get a loan at this institution.

  My previous review was great. The old branch manager was amazing. She always went above and beyond, was friendly. I stopped in to visit and just talk. Now she is gone and the office has 2 rude men there. I can not wait to pay off this loan.

  I am not a fan of the new guy they have working there he is rude. Disappointed. Customer service was always amazing when it was the 2 original employees.
