  Never had an issue when Chuck was there and the new regime is very helpful also. If I had an issue paying on time they worked it out . I've been with them since I moved to Lugoff in 2005. May not be the best rate but if I needed money they came through.

  They have always treated my husband and I with a friendly respectful attitude. They just need to work on taking payments over the phone or on internet.

  The company's collection tactics are horrid. They constantly call before the due date and the day of. Employees are not respectful and are very rude. I will not refer or use the company again.
