  Dont deal with Renee McGehee!!! My company banks here was told to open account here I first tried going in person..but the lobby is closed some rude lady yelled at me!! (All other banks have lobbies open!!!) Had to email in a form NON SECURE!! THAT HAD ALL MY PRIVATE INFORMATION ON IT..INCLUDING A COPY OF MY STATE ISSUED ID!! I never signed anything The next day i finally get a response..but had to log into their system and set up a password Only to find out they wont open an account for myself I have good credit. Six figure salary employee...also have a great standing account with Bank of America for last 3 years plus..not a single blemish The report i was given said i had lots of over draft fees...couldnt be further from the truth!! I explain to Renee that im insulted I ask about a joint account?? I dont even get a response!!! My roommate ( mind you i pay all his bills and fully support him for the last year) gets an account open in one day,!! My credit score is at least 100 points higher than his!! Still no response from this Renee person So i have my roommate reach out...and he gets response right away!!! Seriously!!! Worst customer service Do urself a favor and stay away from businesses like this!!! Renee at regent bank ...you should look up discrimination and take some customer service classes!!!!

  We move our business to Regent last year and I’m really glad we did. We had our business banking relationship with Bank of Oklahoma for more than 15 years and FINALLY moved our business to Regent. All I can ask is “why did I wait so long!” Regent meets with us regularly to identify any customer service issues we might be having. BOk never did. Regent schedules lunch with us to discuss our plans. BOk never did. And when we call our relationship manager, they actually call us back after just one call. BOk never did that. I’m just thrilled we finally moved to Regent Bank.

  Regent is a friendly and most helpful bank. As a non-profit religious organization, helping people in the darkest places and in great poverty, we greatly benefitted from the waiver of fees but, we understand the international banks are charging fees for wired funds which Regent apparently covered. We are most grateful to Regent for waiving fees as long as it has. Ralph Speas, Meridian University of Biblical Training.

  If you are looking for a local bank that cares about you, look no further. Their motto of "Passion to Serve" is not just something they say, it is something they believe in and do. You get a helpful and caring voice on the phone when you call them. You can just tell when you meet them that they are different. I would highly recommend them for all of your banking needs.

  Years ago when large conglomerate banks were gobbling up our smaller, local Tulsa banks, I was forced to change my banking relationship numerous times in just a few years. I became very frustrated when I needed to discuss certain personal or business banking issues with someone in the bank. I soon discovered that the someone I was speaking to was located in Arizona, Florida, or North Carolina. That is when I realized the value of local banking with a smaller bank and having, not only a personal banker, but a friend who understands me, my business, and the Tulsa community. Sean Kouplen, Bruce Adkins, and the rest of the staff at Regent Bank are the epitome of how the "local bank" concept should work. Their abilities to connect with their customers and to develop personal relationships is what I most appreciate about their bank. Regent Bank's continued success and growth in our community is a result of these abilities. Great job, ladies and gentlemen !!!

  We have done our banking at Regent Bank since it opened for business here in Tulsa about ten years ago. All the folks there are extremely friendly and helpful, from the drive-thru tellers to the Chairman of the Board, Sean Kouplen. They are an incredible team!
