  The Hallford Team was referred to me by my realtor Melanie McLaird and they were great just as she said they would be. I was living in Colorado at the time so we had to do everything via email, text and phone. The entire team was very communicative at every level right to closing. Even after closing the team reached out to check to see how we we doing with our transition.

  My mortgage application with Cornerstone was the best experience I've had with the mortgage application process and I've had many. Bret, Allison and Megan courtesy, helpful, respectful. honest and responsive. I could not hope for a better group of professionals to work with. Early in the process, they gave us a closing date. We closed our loan on that date.

  When my wife and I considered refinancing our home mortgage, I reached to our real estate agent, Jill Falkenberry, for a recommendation. Without hesitation she recommended Amber Milligan and Cornerstone Home Lending. Amber and her staff were very considerate, personal, and professional.   Cornerstone Home Lending helped me right in the middle of closing. I was 10 days away from closing and the other company was demanding things they should have already checked on. The great team at Cornerstone helped me close on time and with a better mortgage that I had with the other guys. They were truly a blessing.

  This team went above and beyond to help us. We built our first new home during a difficult time to build. Backorders, material shortages, subcontractor shortages, and builder complications caused stress when it came time to close. Bret Close's team at Cornerstone Home Lending helped bridge the communication gap we were having with our builder and ensured that we closed before losing our locked rate or paying penalties. Allison managed our home loan process and simplified what could have been a much more stressful situation. If we ever purchase another home we will use Cornerstone Home Lending again!!!
