  I wish there was a 10+ star option! I have worked with Regan three times. Twice for refi's in 2012 & 2016. Most recently, she helped me with a contingent purchase of a new home (I closed a few weeks ago). Regan is very professional and responsive. The refi's were completed seamlessly and quickly. She helped me follow up on all of the lender's requests (sometimes last minute, late at night, or on weekends).
