  The team here are just efficent and personable. No matter when i called i never got a voice mail. Text messages with questions were responded to in moments. The numbers were what i was told they were going to be at closing. I would not trust my family or friends with any other lender.

  The process from beginning to end was exceptional. We looked at a lot of homes, asked for a lot of cost sheets and Bob was always on it for us. Bob is a very easy person to deal with and we highly recommend him and Regal Home Lending! Edit to review: We again used Regal Home for the 2nd time and would a 3rd if the need arises. Bob and his team are excellent,knowledgeable and extremely helpful, process is painless.

  Sanne was WONDERFUL to work with. We were first time home buyers but knew our financial limits and she respected every decision. She was very quick with getting information or whatever letters we needed within minutes - which is a game changer in today’s market with putting offers in on houses! We just closed on our house last week and she showed up to closing JUST to make sure we were comfortable and all the financial documents were correct. Reflecting on the whole process we had so few questions because she did such a great job educating us on each step and all the different documents and conditions. Buying a home is stressful enough, take comfort in knowing your broker will protect you and has your best interest in mind - work with Sanne!

  It is my opinion that the most important part of the mortgage process is trusting the people you are working with. I worked with Bob specifically, but the entire team was excellent.   Bob and his team made our home buying experience a pleasure. He was attentive to details, had quick and thorough correspondence and always answered my questions in a timely fashion. He even came up with an idea to save money on our mortgage that other lenders didn't bother to mention! He also researched some alternative home owner's insurance quotes as well when he saw our premium was higher than is typical. As a bonus, their online system for reviewing, signing and sending documents was easy to use. Highly recommend!

  Sanna, made my life so much easier when I needed to refinance my home. I’m a single women on a fixed income and she went out of her way to help me trough a very difficult time in my life . She did all the work and then some . I will always be great full for her . If you ever need to buy, sell, or refinance your home call on her . She is amazing.
