  Not only did she say yes, she broke down and cried simply because of how beautiful her ring was! I will ONLY EVER GO TO REFLECTIONS and I will always tell everyone I meet to do the same! They custom made this ring and I honestly can't thank them enough for their time, care and consideration!!! Thanks you have a lifetime customer in me and my family!!!

  The people here are generally nice and helpful. I ordered a gold plate and the suggestion from the person helping made the plate so much better, however, it was too thick for the thinner gold chain which I also bought here. It would’ve been good to have the professional/employee suggest a thicker chain to match the plate. Nonetheless, I’m happy with my purchase but will likely buy a thicker chain in the future. The rating went down to 2 stars because when I was here 2 months ago to pick up the plate, almost none of their staff members was wearing masks except for one worker who wasn’t covering their nose. I was very uncomfortable and walked out of there as soon as I could. There’s no explanation for putting your customers’ health at risk. Also, based on the owner’s responses to negative comments on here, I expect they will claim this is false. I remember the employees without masks, so let me know and I will gladly come point them out. Although one of those was the owner’s son from what I understand (blond, chubbier man who sits in the back, left side), so I doubt my review will hold much weight. It was disappointing since I liked this place, but I’d rather support a business who follows safety/health protocols.

We apologize for not doing more to earn your business in the future. We do have signs posted that masks are required in our store. We also allow those with medical exemptions in our store.   They seem to give pretty fair prices whether you're ready to sell or take a loan out on an object. They're good people. Plus the more you bring your dealings to them the better and more appt they are to help u out with a little more money than usual....

  I love this place and have been a customer for years. I buy all of my electronics from here. The staff at Reflections are personable, friendly, customer-focused and knowledgeable on each product they sell. They are able to answer any questions I have on a tech product. Not to mention, they have really amazing deals for the technology they sell and a majority of it is the newer tech out there. These are honest people that I have bought my technology from for years. They follow all laws and regulations for their products and this gives assurance and comfort to their customers that each product is vetted properly prior to selling. I would definitely recommend anyone to buy their technology from as they have everything you are looking for. This is a great small business that really helps give a great image of all small businesses in the south side of Milwaukee.

  One of the employees was very rude to me. Low balled me and acted like a know it all. Was very degrading and took advantage of the fact that he knew i was in a bad spot and needed money. Wouldnt even give me an extra 3 bucks after he offered me 17 bucks after i gave him about 80$ profit they could make worth of stuff. Definitely my last time dealing with them simply because of the attitude and rudeness i was treated with for no reason what so ever

  We will NOT make $80 profit from the $17 we paid you on 12/14. Unfortunately, we were only able to pay that amount for 6 vinyl figures (some of which had $4 Wal-Mart clearance stickers) and LESS THAN 1 gram of gold. We were not rude, we were FIRM. Sometimes we buy items we're not totally interested in. If an offer price comes up, we make an offer. If not, we pass. We don't judge you or your situation, only the items you present to us. Don't slander our business for bringing nominal value items. We are a professional pawn shop and will ALWAYS be fair when the value is there.

  I was Sold a Fake Woman Diamond Ring. And I lost The baby Diamond out my mens Ringand they want to give me half in store credit. The ring only 2 weeks old.

  100% False Accusation. On 6/14, this person purchased a Genuine 0.47CT Round Solitaire Diamond (with an IGI Cert #) Engagement Ring and brought it back 6/22 making false claims about the authenticity of the Diamond. We gave customer 100% in-store credit (because we stand behind our Jewelry) and it was applied toward a Yellow Gold Rope Chain. At that point, this person didn't mention a Diamond missing from the Pave Diamond Men's Ring (which was purchased with the Engagement Ring). On 6/28, customer brought the Pave Diamond Men's Ring in poor condition & missing one Pave Diamond. It was not a design error or faulty manufacturing, but rather heavy usage by the customer. We offered to repair the Ring and replace the Diamond for no charge, but it would take four days to finish the job. Customer then demanded a refund and we declined, due to its condition. Even after repairing, we would not be able to resell the item and we offered 50% in-store credit. Customer became irate and stormed out using vulgar language toward us on the way out. This person then sat in the car attempting to slander our business to customers coming and going, which is what is being done in this review. This shameful comment is totally misleading and should be deleted.

  Kas has been a great friend of mines for more then 25 yrs or so...he’s the only Jeweler I can truly trust. Him and his staff have always treated me like family! Great customer service and the greeting is a 10+always finds me what I want and knows my taste in jewelry. My friends from the heart saludos chicos.

  The customer service is very friendly and knowledgable but The interest rate is ridiculous. Borrowed 100 and had to pay 300 to get my item back. Recommend Pawn America very reasonable rates and Good customer service. the interest rate is very reasonable. The customer service rep also recommended Pawn America as an alternative. I would definitely shop at reflections to buy items but not for pawning items.

We don't have 'Priscilla Ramos' in our database as ever selling or pawning with us, so I would like to know why you paid so much to get your item back. Our loan term is 30 days and if you borrow $100, you would owe less than double to get it back in that time frame. To have paid back as much as you say, you would have had your item in pawn for much longer than the original loan term. We always advise our customers to use our service responsibly and that the length of time will increase the redemption price. We hope to earn your business in the future. Have a great day.
