  My husband and I worked with Jon Hill recently to buy our first home and I cannot overstate how great he was to work with! I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. Jon was available at any time at a moments notice to answer our questions, he was knowledgeable about housing programs and how to structure competitive offers that still kept our financial interests protected, and overall just always seemed willing to put in that little bit of extra effort that makes working with someone a great experience. We are so grateful to Jon, his assistant Brody, and everyone at Refined Lending who made buying our first home in this crazy market as seamless as possible.

  Jon Hill was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and prompt in answering any questions I had. I would and already have recommend him to anyone I know who is buying a home!   As we worked on finding out first house, our realtor referred us to Refined Lending. Specifically, Jon Hill. As a first time homebuyer, he was patient with us as we asked a lot of questions. At the same time, Jon recognized this, and provided us with all the necessary details we needed to understand the process from start to finish. We really appreciated how Jon took the time to walk us through the various options at our disposal, what the financial impact would be, meanwhile providing his own honest, and transparent opinion of which option was best for us. At closing, we also discovered Refined Lending has moving trucks which they allowed us to use, free of charge! Highly recommend Jon Hill at Refined Lending if you are looking for a lender!

Even in a crazy market, Jon made the process Feel smooth and was very easy to work with and personable! Definitely would recommend him as a loan officer to work with if you’re looking for a smooth transition through the closing process!

  Me and my family worked with Tony Schaefer, and, simply put, he was awesome! Tony did not give up on our profile through the twists and turns. He coached us, listened to us vent, and got us through to the closing. Tony is ethical, engaging, and tenacious in his work. If there is a way to get his customers to the finish line, he will find it and ease the pain along the way. 100% recommend Tony for anyone looking into home buying!

  Jon Hill was fantastic to work with on getting are mortgage put together on time for are closing. Hes very dedicated in making sure everybody is on the same page and getting stuff done, even it requires after hours. There was abunch of times where its 8pm and is still trying to get the job, would very recommend having jon and his team help you!!
