  Bryan & team are the absolute best! We've used Bryan twice as home buyers- the first time we had no idea what we were doing and he took the time to answer all our questions. He even offered an hour-long "this is how you buy a house" phone call to ease my anxieties. Our 2nd house purchase involved some unexpected changes and events, and Bryan's team seamlessly navigated the challenges. We've used Bryan in two states, and both our realtors agree that he's top notch. We're so grateful for Bryan and his team!

  From the start, my interactions with Bryan were encouraging and even delightful; I never imagined that the person processing my home loan might become someone I considered a friend. Perhaps, more than any other statement I can make, that friendship demeanor describes Bryan best. It was also great getting to work with the rest of the team, Katie and Ann.   Working with Bryan and his Team at Refined Lending over the years has been great.   I rarely have the opportunity to work with a lender that carries a sense of humor and a high level of knowledge about the mortgage process....as crazy as that sounds. Typically there is a trade off. Humor and a lack of knowledge or high levels of knowledge and you get a robot. Bryan brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, humor and reality to the mortgage lending experience....and it's a breath of fresh air to see his clients (and my own) actually enjoy the experience and feel represented.
