  The cashiers have always be super friendly & helpful. I changed banks for this reason. My daughter had to go to do deposits for her & every one was super nice. I changed to them & they have continued to be as nice as the first visit. And that was 11 years ago.

  Literally the absolute worst bank there is. There is a million hidden dead for everything you do. I once had a subscription to a service and I didn't have enough to pay for it on my account at that moment, took it out anyway 25$ fea so I went to block the payments and guess what another 25$ fea. I would recommend prepaid cards before ever using this sorry excuse for a banking system

  Redstone has great rates, absolutely AMAZING service, and genuinely friendly staff. We've worked with Tonya on three different loans in the Hartselle branch and she is the best ever! The app is thorough and user-friendly. Branches are open on Saturdays for convenience. Your experience with Redstone will be top shelf!!!

  I have no complaints about my banking! Love the app and I really love the people in both locations that I have been to! I’m treated like family when I walk through the door or when one of the sweet ladies answer the teller on the machine! I’m am very happy with the choice I made to switch banks! Thank you Redstone federal credit union! You guys and girls keep up the good work!!!

  The atm/drive thru has set banking speeds back to the 1800s. We sat there one and a half hours today fo my neice to deposit a check. After we left i went to my bank( bank independent) and was in and out of the drive thru in 5 mins. The people who designed the RFCU system should be ashamed and so sholud the top brass there for approving such a mess

  Tammy and Pam were the two most helpful people today at the Hartselle branch. After running into an issue with another RFCU employee, these two ladies sat down right then and solved my problem. They are always so friendly and willing to help in any possible way they can. Brittney is the sweetest teller. You can tell they are a loving group of people who truly care for their community. I love RFCU!

  Always pleasant and quick. Very clean even during remodeling. They make you feel welcomed.
