  We recently refinanced with Mutual Omaha and it was a very pleasant experience. Our agent, Chandler Livingston, was very knowledgeable, patient and there to answer my questions 24/7. He kept me informed every step of the way and even set my mind at ease when we had a minor set back. I have his number in my contacts and will definitely use him again if rates drop lower.   We worked with Johnny Latapie for our refinance. He was so easy to work with, returned calls and emails promptly and answered all of our questions. Kept in constant contact through the whole process. Made it effortless for us and we got a great rate and terms we needed. I also need to give thanks to Kyle who helped us in the very beginning.   I had a great experience doing a cash out refinance thanks to an AWESOME mortgage originator, Johnny Latapie. If you want a honest, knowledgeable, and professional to help you in your refinance, he is the one. I compared Quicken Loans, Loan Depot and Johnny Latapie with Mutual of Omaha. The previous were like old car salespeople; rude and unprofessional. Even though Johnny didn't quote me the cheapest rate, I wanted to do business with him because he was knowledgeable and professional. He didn't want to do a quick sale. He was patient to answer my questions and helped me understand the refinance process. Ask for Johnny Latapie you won't be disappointed.

  I guess we have done six or seven mortgages in our life. By far working with Todd and Mutual of Omaha has been the smoothest most hassle free experience we have had. I highly recommend Todd and his team. Leave the worries to them, they will get the job done.

  After trying to get three or four loan estimates, I went with Mutual of Omaha specifically because of Jessica Benischek. She was so professional, detailed and explained every step of our refinance. I’m a firm believer in customer service and Jessica was way above the others we dealt with. I can’t recommend enough, that if you need a mortgage or refinance, you will be extremely happy if you elect to go with Mutual of Omaha, and ask for Jessica Benischek, she’s a rockstar!!!
