He gave us information a year in advance as we considered our options, and later, updated us on the market.   I found a property on Zillow for sale and contacted through Zillow for more info. Zillow then called me and connected me with Denise at Redman Realty. Redman was buying the leads through Zillow. I talked to Denise and she promised to send me info on an investment property 7/16. After a full week she emailed me through the email via the Zillow connection and asked that I email via another direct email of which I did. Still no info. I even emailed back on 8/6 and no response. It’s now one month on 8/16 and zero information or follow up on a property they can’t sell. Too busy to handle sales on properties based on the market. Why buy leads when you have no capacity to deliver? I am buying through another broker.

  We recently moved from Minneapolis to Arbor Vitae. To help us find our new home we chose Redman Realty Group and the experience working with them could not have been better! We were forced to work long-distance being 4-hours away but Denise did an amazing job of sending us visual tours and setting up a number of home tours for houses in our price range for the one time we were able to make the trip. We were on a time crunch to get into our new home, but Denise and Andrea (the listing agent for our new home) moved the purchasing process along very quickly and got us into our new home in plenty of time. I could not recommend Redman Realty more for any of your Northwoods Real Estate needs!

  Emailed Pat Hefty twice and left him a voicemail message regarding a listing Redman has and have received NO communication from them. I would not list my property with Redman!

  Worked with Linda Long Wohlleber to find an up norht place for our family. She met on spurt of the moment viewings, and helped work through some septic and lot line issues with the property we purchased. Prompt, friendly, and fun to cabin hunt with. We even ate sushi together one one of our long cabin hunting days. Thanks Linda, we love our home away from home!
