  Recently I had to transfer money here in Connecticut to a friends account (Atlanta, Texas). I was personally contacted by Nita who walked me thru the process. She was professional, articulate, and compassionate. Great job and a heartfelt thanks.

  Friendly customer service. I've been in there a dozen or so times. Always greeted with a smile. Guessing they were smiling last few times. Covid :( Always get what I went in for. Mostly get money to give to someone else. :( They help me part ways with my money.

  I have been a member of Red River Federal for over thirty years and have loved every minute of it. Their service is the best of any credit union or bank I have ever used. Another thing that makes them special is their friendly and knowledgeable employees.

  My husband and I have banked with Red River Credit Union for many years. They are friendly, courteous and professional. We always go through the Drive-thru unless we have business inside. Try to get the same drive-thru teller each time because she always ask how many babies (our little dogs) we have with us. They look forward for their treat and it is a courtesy to customers with pets. We appreciate the personal affect in this courtesy. Red River has all our banking needs. They have done financing for us in the past and was 100% satisfied. My mother did banking with Red River for years and she is the one that started my business with them. Mother is no longer with us, but she taught me to stay with Red River Credit Union. Sylvia Jordan Douglassville, TX

  RRFCU is the very best place to bank. I have banked at this branch my entire adult life. Hats off to Kay P. for being wonderful at what she does. My husband and I have had several items & cars financed with no hassle. Thanks, RRFCU employees for such great customer service & loyalty.

  Long Story Short. Paid off a Truck Loan, got letter saying We paid. Then WOULD NOT SEND TITLE. OKLA. TAG WAS SAYING RRFCU SENT ALL LEGAL PAPERWORK to us to get but N0000 had to pay $300. to Attorney to get TITLE. Would not recommend.
