  I've been doing business with Red River Federal Credit Union for over 35 years. They have gone out of their way several times to make sure I was taken care of . The employees at the New Boston CU have always treated my family with the utmost respect. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for our financial needs. Thank you RRFCU.

  Can't ask for a better bank, the people always greet you with a smile and ready to help with anything. If anything not normal shows up on your debit card they are on the phone calling to check in with you.

  I am so fed up with RRFCU's web site that I want to ring that 'web tech's' geeky neck. I can not log on to their site with any frequency without facing a lock out situation. When I ask for help, I get a text from him suggesting an action on my part. All I'm asking for is CONSISTENCY!

  at the new boston location they DONT HELP CUSTOMERS AS THEY COME IN and instead of telling a customer with a problem to come in side they handle it in the drive through
