  Harassment. Got a loan and ended up losing my job and wasn’t able to make my payment, they literally called me everyday! And called my references every day! Straight harassment! Talked to them about what was going on and I end up being sued without them taking me to court.

  I’ve had multiple loans and Amber always was kind and professional. She helped me when I was having trouble. I highly recommend this company especially if you need to boost your credit or start raising your credit.

  Once Bitten, Twice Shy 🥴So I get a letter stating I owe X dollar amount and I'm past due. Dated 6/17, my payments fall on 6/15, I call 11 days after the date of the letter to pay my payment and it is literally DOUBLE what the letter says. I question them and they try to tell me that since the letter came out I had another payment come due and a late payment on top of that. Now you tell me how in the world I had a payment and a late fee come in 11 days when my due date is 2 days before the date of the letter. So I'm given the regional manager's number and I'm told the letters come from their home office so the data was pulled that day then sent out, so again how in 11 days do I get a payment AND a late fee? She tells me she sis going to reach out to their home office to find out what is going on then calls me back 2 hours later to tell me that the letters are outsourced and the data was pulled the day before my payment is due or 3 days before the letters were mailed, but that's why there is a disclaimer (that doesn't exist) on the bottom of the letter. So instead of pulling data that is 3 days ahead to allow for time to pass to send data, receive data, send letters, it's pulled 3 days early and then a rando date is put on the letters...talk about some jicky stuff going on. Don't do business with these people, this is the 2nd time I've been told one thing from their "corporate" office only to be told something completely different at the local level. Go with a reputable lender that only deals locally if you are in need, this place will only give you grief as they beg you for referrals.

  I have dealt with Red River in Sand Springs for several years. I have had wonderful service there. Amber and Thea are very nice and willing to help you. I would highly recommend them.

  Normally, when people have to use a place like this, they are already down on the luck, not feeling great about themselves. The reps are kind and don't make you feel bad for needing a little help to make it by.
