  If I could give 0 stars, I would. They use to be great but now the lady who works there is freaking rude 24/7 and dismissive, always giving attitude and talking to you like your trash. If we wouldn’t have gotten into the rabbit hole of a loan, I’d give em a big middle finger and move on about my life.

  I had a very bad experience with the Tahlequah location, to the point of where I did not want to respond to any calls because they made me feel so low, once I spoke to the manager in muskogee, she was nothing but sweet, professional, and understanding, I believe her name was Carla; and I have to say, I absolutely appreciate her treating me like a human and just showing effort and support. I don’t love the interest rates at red river; but when it comes to being treated with respect ; this is all that matters and I would come back due to the kindness.

  I've been dealing with red river for at least 3yrs now I believe. They always work with me and I've never experienced anyone being unprofessional at all. Anytime I need to refinance, they let me do it with no problem and sometimes let me get more than what I'm approved for. All the ladies are awesome to me. I'm pretty sure I'll refinance with them again. Just know, now you pay off the interest before you start paying off your actual loan. Other than that, I'm cool with red river.

  Of all the loan companies I've been to this is the best one by far! Amanda was so friendly and helpful. She was able to help me quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend going to see her for any of your loan needs!

  I've been doing business with them for 2 years now. Some of the most understanding ladies to deal with. They go that extra mile to help you out if it makes sense. Give them a try and tell'em Amanda sent you 😉

  I was a returning customer and fell on a financial hardship. After explaining my situation and keeping in consistent contact the employees and Allie have repeatedly called my job and me. According to Allie on 10/18/2017 these are the rules implemented. I find that hard to believe as I deal with 8 other loan companies here in Muskogee as well and none I mean none have taken this approach. I will never recommend nor do business with this company again.

  Really like this company. Had a friend come here who was going through a really hard time and didn’t know how he was gone make it through. He said the manager there was very understanding of his situation and tried to her best ability to get him the help he needed. Couldn’t really remember her name. Said it was either Tracy or Terisa. Would recommend this company to anyone!
