      This branch of Red Crown has amazing customer service. I have always had great experiences with Red Crown and today was no different. Brandon at the teller desk inside and Samantha in the loan department both were excellent today. I highly recommend this branch of Red Crown! Great job.

      Love this bank. Love the employees. I haven't lived in Oklahoma in 4 years and I still bank with them. They have sister branches all over Nation.

      Was parked behind their building (my bank) in some shade to eat my lunch. A worker came out and told me it was private property and asked me to leave because they needed to manage the spaces for employees. There were at least 4 spaces surrounding my car for other people to park and no signs indicating employee parking. I appreciate the customer service, out lack there of, although I'll probably be switching my bank now.

      I have been with Red Crown for over 30 years. I have always had checking, savings and CD's with them. Most of my car loans have been with them and my current mortgage is with them. Always excellent service. However, I live in Broken Arrow and it is not convenient to go to either of their locations. Luckily most of my banking can be done online. That being said if Red Crown decides to ever close down another branch with a drive-thru, I will be forced to seek another credit union.

      These people have no idea how to treat a customer. They do not know how to properly loan money to commercial clients. I have been in business over 30 years and they tie my Corporation directly to my personal credit score hurting my personal borrowing ability and personal credit score. I asked them to resolve the issue. I have done business with many banks and credit unions and recommend you do business elsewhere. I have talked to the Red Crown business lenders and business lending management and got no resolution. I have had 3 car loans with them and am closing the remaining two and my personal and business accounts. I spent 3 days getting a commercial corporate company car loan and they would not work to remove the ties to my personal account which directly effect my personal credit score and ability to borrow. I need to purchase 3 more company vehicles and need them attached to my 30 year old business. Borrowing is not a problem, picking a good lender is. Look at their reviews, The last 2 loans have had issues and its due to their incompetence.

      I’ve been a satisfied customer at Red Crown for many years. My issues and questions are always treated with respect. Unlike any other financial institution when I have an issue they don’t just text me they call me back. It really is all about the relationship in business and in life. In sum. Thank You Red Crown!

      I’ve been making monthly payments on my car loan for several months now. Suddenly I get a text message (very professional) asking me when I’m going to make my monthly payment. I responded back with a screenshot of my bank statement showing it was paid and cleared. Patty (I believe) proceeds to say that it was returned from my bank, yet checking my account the money was taken out. I called my bank, they told me it had in fact cleared my account. I responded again letting her know it cleared my account, but I would pay again (2 payments in one month), received ANOTHER (same month) text from Shawn stating I was behind on my payment. I ignored the text knowing I had made two different payments in the same month. Got notified by Experian (credit bureau) they had placed a 30 dayS late payment on my credit! Again, I showed the monies cleared my account, and my banking institution also advised it cleared. This place had to be running a scam! Read the other comments, this is ridiculous!!

      I have been a member of Red Crown Credit Union since 1981 when I started my career at Amoco and there was only one location at Boston Ave in Tulsa. If the Credit Union is doing anything it is growing and have always been customer focused and willing to try and help.
