  The agent was unprofessional, limited communication received by agent, poor follow up, after advising agent I would forwarding letter requesting their service be terminated, she removed listing without waiting to receive formal letter and failed to acknowledge when she would be returning keys to property and USB Drive. Agent also failed to notify property owner when their marketing sign would be removed from the property. The overall communications received by agent regarding two listings she was provided was simply horrible. I cannot with any good conscience recommend this agency.
