  My broker at this real estate office is Jamie Hape. She is wonderful. I have had houses in New York and Florida and are now buying in Pennsylvania. This broker is really amazing. She’s is just so good no words can describe her. I would recommend her highly to anyone who is buying or selling a house. I thank God I got her to help me in this new deal.

  I just started looking to buy a home. Was recommended reality network group by a friend. Luckily I never signed a contract with them because they are not upfront about there fees. I’ve been looking at homes for about a month and was never told about a fee that the buyer pays on top of the commission the seller pays for. My friend who recommended them said he didn’t find out about an extra $250 fee until he got the closing disclosure a few days before closing. And never was told about it. And we have different agents so it wasn’t like it was one realtor forgetting about this. Seems to be a company issue. Fee is hidden in estimated closing costs by agent under title fees lol. Luckily he told me or I woulda threw away $250 for nothing. There are plenty of other local brokers out there that don’t charge buyers fees and are upfront about all fees incurred that I am now going to go with. I’m writing this review to save people the headache and wasted money of choosing this company. Go somewhere else.

  Hi Joseph. Sorry to hear that your agent didn't inform you about the transaction management fee of $250. This is a fee that our agents fully-disclosure or definitely should be disclosing at the time of purchase, when the home goes under contract at the beginning of the transaction. This fee helps our company stay in compliance as well as review/monitor the transaction. We remain upfront above fees as it pertains to our estimated closing costs for homebuyers and sellers alike.
