  As a first time buyer, the process was very intimidating but it was something both my husband I wanted to do. We had so many questions but the team was always there and happy to help educate us on the subject. We could not have picked a better team to help us through this journey. Kelcey and Lucy, thank you for countless home tours, the evenings and weekends you spent with us in search of our perfect home. Today we are now officially homeowners and are forever grateful to you guys for helping us fulfill this dream.

  Kelcey Dillon assisted me in purchasing my first home. She was easy to get a hold of and responded quick to any questions or concerns I had. In each of our meetings she was very knowledgeable about the housing market and very familiar with the neighborhoods in Chula Vista. I couldn't be happier with my experience with her and her team. They were always very friendly. I will definitely be using her again.

  Spoke to the owner, Terry Dillon on the phone to request she come out to our home in Eastlake to evaluate and give advice on what repairs to do to our home to place it on the market. She proceeded to ask inappropriate personal questions as if she was evaluating whether or not it was worth her time and effort. It ended up to be not worth her time, and she proceeded to bad mouth a competitor in Chula Vista which I found to be completely unprofessional.
