  I live in Arizona trying to buy a home in the Villages FL. We found a home and my brother in law went to see the home and were invited in by the owners. We called the agent whose name is Nicole the owner of All Florida Homes. She chew out my agent because my brother in law were there . She said she does not do blind calls. So my agent caller back to make an appointment she refuse to do an open house refused our offer. She now will not answer any calls or tex messages. She was nasty and very short on the phone . This women does not belong in the business.

  The good folks at the Lake Sumter Realtor Association are helpful and patient. Although it took a while to determine which forms / applications / fees were to be remitted to accomplish the task, the team at the office did eventually figure out what was needed and how to get there. Like I said, it took a minute, but well worth it - saved me over $700!!

  during pandemic when everyone is struggling the board of association decided not to waived the late fees and change ridiculous $100 theirs members.

  Its a convenient location in Lake County for Realtors and classes. The receptionist is very nice and helpful.
