  As a Director of Acquisitions for an investor, we sometimes had homeowners that were faced with an impending foreclosure or were soon to be. RRG quickly became my go to referral for those sellers to discuss their options. Lia, the lead negotiator, was able to successfully facilitate multiple short sales for out sellers helping them avoid a foreclosure and even walk away with relocation fees in some cases. The complexity of the process requires a knowledgeable team with the experience to negotiate directly with the banks and lien holders, facilitate each step according to their requirements, and still ensure that both the sellers and buyers have a clear understanding throughout.
