  I’ve had experience and frustrations with almost all the local real estate companies in Western, NY. At this point, we were getting tired of Real Estate agents doing very little but expecting to receive a large commission, so we decided to sell our home on our own. Then we came across Real Estate Pros. Real Estate Pros was very helpful in finding potential buyers. They always provided feedback, something that’s unheard of in this area from agents, and they were always flexible to our needs for times to show the home. They were very detailed and convenient for communicating. If you are buying or selling a home in this area, I would recommend Real Estate Pros… hands down. In my opinion, they are definitely the best in the area!

  Best realtor in the area. Always willing to show a house no matter how spur of the moment it is. Very professional and will find out the answer to any questions you may have. We have purchased 5 homes with this realty company and every transaction has gone smoothly and we will be using them again in the future. Highly recommend.

  Pepper & Crandall Real Estate in Olean, NY has proved to be thoughtless, inconsiderate, and unprofessional in their dealing and handling of my father’s estate property. The realtor, rather than putting up for sale signs in the front lawn of the properties, chose to nail the sighs directly onto the houses; resulting in the shattering of a window frame and a porch rail. When asked by the family, distressed by seeing the damage to the homes, to remove the signs and place them in the lawn of each home they refused stating that they were afraid they may lose their signs to vandalism. Their disrespect of my father’s property, as well as the disregard of my family’s wishes and requests, was insensitive and callous.
