If you need support from a realtor who cares for his clients, is willing to be available with every single step/need that your family has during the transaction process, and approaches problems with kindness and creativity... Aaron is your guy! He supported our family with buying and selling a home during some difficult times. Without his knowledge, empathy, and patience, our family would not have made it through the challenges as they arose. We appreciate you Aaron!

  Buying a house is at times a stressful experience; buying a house in a different state is even more challenging!  I consider myself very lucky to have found Aaron as our real estate agent.  He has been very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.  Moreover, he was always patient and available to answer our concerns, no matter how big or trivial.  I also appreciated the fact that he was accommodating and worked around our schedule for the showings.  His communication with us was excellent as he explained the process along the way and provided suggestions as needed.  We even relied on his advice after we successfully purchased the property. I can definitely attest that in our case Aaron has been "our family's agent"!

  In the midst of a whirlwind real estate market, Aaron calmly guided my wife and I through the storm, both selling our townhouse and securing the purchase of our forever home. Aaron genuinely enjoys what he does, reflected in his 24-7 availability (the only time we didn't test that out was from 1am to 5am...when he still probably would have answered), his prompt responses to our many questions, and his unwavering ability to get results. Aaron's sincerity, honesty, and dedication to his clients, many of whom (including us) become his friends, helped us through a buying process that threw us some unexpected curves. Aaron made sure we hit a home run and got our dream house...always keeping our best interests as his foremost concern. It's refreshing to see a professional love what he does so much, especially in a market that has him doing it so often, I'd imagine at the expense of his personal time. And no one puts on a better client appreciation party either...fireworks and all!

  My fiancé and I bought our first home through Aaron and had a very positive experience. Even during a time when the market was absolutely bananas, he was able to help us seal the deal on our dream house- which was truly a diamond in the rough. Aaron is a super nice family guy who is honest and works hard. Highly recommend!

  Having Aaron as our realtor was truly a blessing for us. He was always kind, incredibly PATIENT, and extremely knowledgeable about everything that pertains to home buying. We were actively looking for a house for a long time, and there wasn’t a single time that we felt Aaron had tired of us. He was always enthusiastic and helpful throughout the whole experience. Given how long we were searching for our perfect home, it is important to note that we never felt pressured to do anything, and this is something that definitely makes Aaron stand out among the others. He truly does have his clients’ best interest at heart. Aaron answered all the questions we had (and we had a lot!) for every house we saw. His level of expertise in his field is extremely helpful when it comes to home buying.   I cannot say enough good things about Aaron Powell as a realtor and as a person! He was recommended to us by a friend. As first time home buyers, we were very anxious about the process and had no idea where to even start. Aaron was always there to answer our questions, ease our worries and guide us through. He was such an amazing resource and worked tirelessly to find us a house we could make into a home. His assistant, Kirsty, was also a great help to us and a pleasure to work with. Both she and Aaron went above and beyond for us- before, during and even after we bought our home!   I cannot recommend Aaron enough! He was without a doubt the best realtor we could have asked for as we searched for our first home. We had been searching for almost a year before we finally purchased a home and Aaron was with us every step of the way, never giving up on us finding the right one at the right price. He always made sure to ask us if we were truly happy at a showing and he never pressured us to make an offer. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions throughout the entire process and he was always responsive and helpful, even during weekends and late at night. He put us at ease as we prepared to make this huge step as homeowners. Aaron went above and beyond and we are so grateful for that. We will absolutely be keeping in touch with Aaron and looking to him for future selling/buying.

  We have nothing but great things to say about Aaron! My wife and I just closed on our first home and Aaron was extremely helpful and patient with us the entire way. He always gave us an honest opinion, and never pushed us to do anything that we didn't want to do. He was kind, responsive, and helped us get the deal done easily. Aaron stayed up with us during many late nights, writing up offers and paperwork, and was so flexible about meeting us for last minute showings. He also helped educate us as we knew nothing about buying a home. If we ever sell this house and decide to move again, we will absolutely be working with Aaron!
