  Let me tell you I was having car troubles and couldn't get a car any where !!! Manny was awesome ! Definitely enjoyed his company through the whole time ... he made sure I drove away with the new car and the team is awesome and very friendly ! I recommend every one to go there

  The sale reps here are great. They went above and beyond to make sure i left there with a Great deal and car. I feel very blessed to have worked with Balise used cars in Springfield MA on East Columbus Ave.

  Manny (sales guy) was very attentive and helped me with everything I needed. He helped me get my car fast and when i needed it. He also brought me my car at work so i didnt have to come back. Great place!!

  Horrible place. I would not recommend. They put other customers before u. And they don’t tell you the prices of the car until u say u like it and they start to run numbers. And then if they think u can’t afford it, they won’t give the car of your choice.

  Carlos Santiago was awesome. He helped us get into a car and not just any car but a great car. 5 stars isnt enough id give them 10 if that was an option.

  When other says no, ready credit say yes. After many trials to get a car, finally we were approved. Highly recommended. Jaime Gonzalez, and all the team are the best.
