  This PPP is an major break through for me I was able to get equipment for my business I am a notary and many people did not want you coming to there homes, and I was also worried about the people coming into my home, now I have an office on my patio with social distance in place.   I was under contract to purchase a franchise restaurant and our first attempt on getting financing from a Bank did not go according to plan.  That’s when we reached out to Ray Drew at Ready Capital to help us with an SBA 7(a) loan. With the help of his associate Cora Panos, he got us quickly into underwriting and then delivered the quickest SBA loan commitment in history. Furthermore, the terms in the commitment were exactly as described by Ray during our initial conversation on the transaction which did not happen at the first bank. Lisa Jones and Stacie Beck were also very helpful in getting this loan closed just 3 weeks after I signed my commitment letter. I highly recommend Ray and Ready Cap for anyone seeking an SBA loan.

  ABSOLUTE GARBAGE COMPANY!! How can we give NEGATIVE STARS. Still waiting on PPP money that they are saying was Rejected by my bank and yet my bank said there has never been any rejected wire and never one attempted!!! SCAM COMPANY!!!!

  They don't even get a star! But the system wouldn't allow me to post without one! Horrible, horrible and don't follow up! Don't use this company if your trying to get your PPP! They don't follow up, and send you in a wild goose chase just to speak with someone. Unfortunately, I went with the company due to other companies greater amounts for the PPP. Then, the second round, still no information regarding the this.
