  We purchased our first home through Remax in King of Prussia inn November 2017. It was such a pleasant and effortless experience. We decided thirty days beforehand that we wanted to purchase a home and everything came together so quickly and easily. Our realtor worked with us in every way possible to ensure that we could get the home we wanted to be in. He even traveled from center city daily - leaving his full time desk job as an attorney to assist us with our home buying process. We were pretty specific with what we wanted (new home build or fairly new) and our realtor did not fail us. When we expressed interest in a home he would not only tour the home with us but he also took us to see additional homes in the area the same day which is how we found our current home. We will be using Remax again in the future. I have recommended Remax to all my friends and colleagues. It was a 10/10 experience and we are now in a home we love that is worth nearly $60k over our original purchase price. We could not be more thrilled!

  I have been working with Matin and his team since 2015. He represented me on 8 different transactions (investment properties). Always gave me a good advice. Looked after my interests. Constant contact over the phone and emails. Not a single transaction ever fell through. Needless to say he still represents me as a portfolio manager now. Best in the business. 5 stars.

  From start to finish the staff here guided me through the process of purchasing my home with professionalism and expertise. I could depend on them every step of the way and communication from the office was impeccable. I always felt like their top priority and the experience was fantastic.   Matin is a great guy! Someone you can trust to get the job done when it comes to making real estate transactions happen. He has built a team that is knowledgeable and effective across all real estate types including single family, multi-family and commercial. I have known Matin for many years but just 2 months ago I asked him to help me and my girlfriend buy a duplex in Philadelphia. He said “I’m going to help you buy this house just like I were buying it for myself”. This came to pass as we closed on the property last Wednesday. During the process Matin negotiated hard on our behalf reducing the sales price significantly. We were also able to use his team to attain a loan with upfront costs that we could afford and with payments that still allow the property to cash flow. I would not use another realtor to buy or sell property in Philadelphia or its surrounding suburbs. NO ONE is more knowledgeable in this market than him and his team.
