  I was connected with Janie Eick through Zillow. While I did not end up touring the home I was interested in, my short experience with Janie was excellent. My husband and I were looking at a duplex in Spirit Lake that appeared to be a promising investment. We tour was requested last minute on a holiday weekend and Janie followed up with us and the seller immediately. Furthermore, she told us critical information about the property: it was on a floodplain and, after running through the numbers with us, the return on investment would be next to nothing. My husband and I are new to real estate and were incredibly grateful for her transparency. This is the kind of agent you want on your real estate team. Hope to work with Janie again in the future!

  Called to speak with realtor... Receptionist finally answered after 6 rings then connected me to someone that she said was available to help me, but I got voicemail, so apparently that person wasn't available after all. Please don't tell me you're going to connect me with someone who can help me if your not connecting me to someone that can help me! Voicemail doesn't help me at all. Called a different realtor.
