We went from having a home town bank where we could speak to someone almost immediately to a central line with every other RCB bank and long wait times. On top of that my online access doesn't work even though I've been to a branch about it twice.

Clerks were nice!!! But there was an older women who helps open your new bank account. Shes old and never smiles. Really rude. Wont open an account at this name bank ever.
