Been banking with RFB since 2001, and have experienced just about all the services they offer. I use the online Bill Pay regularly, and they are wonderful with verification for payees that lose checks. I especially enjoy being on a first name basis of most employees and the ease of working over the phone with them. Long distance or local, this bank has always made my banking easier for me, not more difficult. Very grateful for these kind people and how I've been treated here as a customer.

Be very cautious before using this bank for an unwarrantable loan, or even applying with them for that matter. They are a small bank with a monopoly over the local condotel loaning business. In their situation that will not negotiate on rates or fees, some fees are charged upfront (even if the application is canceled) and the fees can be ridiculous. For example, most lenders include the Verification of Employment, Verification of Deposit, etc. in the origination since these don't cost the bank anything (you do all the work and provide them the info). Not RFB, $210 just for the two named fees. They're the only game in town and they know it. Decide to cancel your application? You'll still get charged $46 for a credit report (no other bank I know of does this) despite not being told that when they pull your credit. Want the discounted rate? In the fine print it says that will require having an account with them. I'm not sure what that entails, but I'm guessing more fees. Do your homework, save yourself time and money.

I went to the bank to make a deposit. I parked in the bank lot. I was on the phone with hubby on directions on how much to deposit. The manager of that branch came to my window, not asking if I was a customer or what I wad doing there, sternly said, " This is private property, I need to ask you to leave." Really???? I left and I will be changing my bank. I'm all about Pasific!! I will never bank there again.

Really? you are lucky it wasn't me I would have lost it people need to have access to their money not good.
