  Outstanding experience. Friendly, no-pressure sales team. The paperwork process was relatively quick, compared to other car-buying experiences. I like the ability to work with a single salesperson, regardless of the make of vehicle, as long as it is in the Ray Skillman line.

  The buy here pay here older gentleman was rude and abrasive. Would not go back if the gave it to us!!! After all the cars I have bought there, He has been the worst and rudest to deal with. He was rude to his staff in front of us and made them feel uncomfortable. Would not recommend!!!! Although the Fiat staff was great when we purchased there!!!

  I've been looking for just the right preowned vehicle for almost a year now. I attempted to work with Josh Falcon originally and hit a snag in my employment stability due to a company merger. Josh was patient and understanding and willing to help again when I was ready. As soon as I gave Josh the "go ahead" to start my search back up, he found me exactly what I was looking for within days.   Expect changes in management to happen often and changes in your agreement, with little regard to who you spoke with previously. They don't do deferments if you're in a tight spot, and if they offer to work with you, they give the absolute bare minimum help. Better off going elsewhere.

  If you are looking for a new or useful car and you do not make a stop here you are doing it wrong. The people here are by far the main reason to go here. They listen to you and help you find the right fit for you. The selection of vehicles is awesome too. To say you have options does not do it justice. Seriously, once you go here, you will always go back.
