  Great service and attention to details. This new location is a beautiful showroom with friendly personnel who will make your experience unforgettable and you would want to go back. I have leased a new vehicle from this store, which was purchased and delivered by well informed, knowledgeable and pleasant salesperson Josh. His professionalism is worth mentioning and deserves five stars.

  I leased a Range Rover sport there and the financial terms were way better than Paramus. The salesman named Mike Lipani repeatedly spoke about how great the customer service would be if I chose to lease with them but I find it to not be outstanding. At the time of pick up I found a monetary mistake in the paperwork so I would recommend checking the figures closely. The day of pick up, a consultant that was picking me up from work arrived two hours late and told me he had other things to do and ran late. A month after I got the car, the check engine light came on and I called my salesman at 745am because I was worried about driving the car- I have a newborn baby. He called me back around 9am and scolded me for calling him that early and stated “it’s not a big deal....didn’t I ever have this happen with other cars...and to call service.” For someone that was touting his personal availability and customer service after the lease was complete, I found his response inappropriate. I’ve never had this light come on with any other vehicle. My ez pass is not reading from various spots that I put it on the window so I called the service consultant, Sam, for some advice. He told me that he would send a picture and some suggestions-still waiting. As a new dealership, they definitely have some kinks to work out. My other car is a Mercedes purchased from Ray Catena in Union, NJ where the service is outstanding-thanks Danny Ventura! Hopefully they can train this dealership’s staff. Overall the terms made it worth it but I may visit the Monmouth Range Rover dealership for my next lease.

  Walked into the dealership on a Saturday just to browse and see the new showroom. After offering us a coffee and water, we made it clear to the sales person that we were not in the market at this time for a new vehicle and didn’t want to waste his time. Knowing that, he and another still took their time to make us feel very comfortable showing us the dealership in a extremely professional and entertaining manner. The two of them break all the negative stereotypes that are associated within the automotive industry. Offering us their business cards, all we can say is that when our current lease expires we will 100% go to see Jim Hirsch and Jessica Levine at Marlboro Land Rover. Professional people along with a professional dealership.

  Service dept was great, Very helpful service reps. Happy with the work they did on my RR sport. Happy to have a new dealership close to where I live that does good work. great experience. Would recommend them to someone in the area that needs Land Rover service.

  Thank you Zoraida Huezo from Service Consultant & Frank Maglio from Service Manager. Outstanding service never seen this type pf service we had problems with a 2019 range and 2017 supercharged we were in and out fastest service ive seen.

  Despite an abundance of advertising by Land Rover about the 2020 Evoque, finding an in-stock 2020 Evoque in early May of 2019 proved difficult until my husband walked into Ray Catena Marlboro. We had previously visited three other dealerships, and although they were all attentive to our needs, each dealer recommended that we order a 2020 which came with a timeline of 8 or more weeks. When my husband went to Ray Catena in Marlboro on a whim, as it was an hour from our home, Jeremiah Gonzalez could not have been more accommodating. Within a few days, he had located us the perfect car, and we were able to take possession of it within a week. Jeremiah was on top of every detail and accommodating to our schedule. He even came into the dealership before regular hours, so that I could pick up my car and get on the road early. I can't say enough great things about the service and integrity of everyone at the dealership. It was a sincere pleasure to work with them. And the best part is that the car is equally amazing!!!
