  This is my first hand experience and unbiased review. I had been talking to several brokers to get a best refinance rate at zero cost and I found no one could beat rate beat's offer. I compared 4 offers. I recently closed refinancing through them . They asked me to write a review and I had no hesitation doing so. tip: you must get best offer before you talk to them. That may help them to beat it.

  I had a pretty good experience working with Nirmal, Surinder and Isha from ratebeat. They clearly explained the whole loan process upfront and given the loan processing times have been longer lately, they appraised me on a regular basis on my loan progress. No surprises during the final closing as well. It felt like they go above and beyond to keep their customers satisfied. Will work with them again if a refi need arises.
