  I have been using Jack since 1992 for my taxes, I moved out of state two years ago, and still using Jack by teleconference. Has to be a five star for me to keep coming back, doesn't it? Great individual, Great Staff.

  I wasted my time and money with a consultation here. The guy seemed like he had no idea about the financial industry. He offered no indication of being educated more than I was...and I'm not in the financial business at all. To say the least I was disappointed. I really believed I would get some form of financial advice that I could use and would impress me enough to make me want to commit on the spot. If I was him, I would have offered to be my financial advisor and try to build a relationship to create a future income from my life time of needs. A win-win situation. I want a full service financial company because I have a lot of business to offer them over the next few years because I know what I want to build financially but I need a financial advisor to guide me. I'm sure another financial advisor will see the long term opportunity. Repeat business is the best business in my opinion. :)

  They have always been professionall and efficient. I have had my taxes done here for years and they always have been able to do better than turbo tax, or H&R block.

  Had a great experience here. Great staff and very comprehensive. Kendyl helped me understand my unemployment application during this difficult COVID time and helped me process my application to get unemployment.

  RJ Rarick set my mother and father in law up: 1) in an inexpensive, money losing REIT 2) made an annuity that was improperly written for a single life, rather than joint 3) was generally useless and rude. don't use these people - they are terrible
