Her communication was always quick and clear and she did not hesitate to connect us with other experts if we had specific questions or concerns that needed to be addressed.   Really enjoyed working with Tom, he is a man of his word. There was quite a few hurtles he had to cross to get us approved due to moving from out of state and transfering jobs. He worked his but off and explained everything to us, and made it happen. Definitely recommend him for mortgage needs
