  My bank used to offer cash advances - I switched jobs and had to wait a bit to get paid but was super low on cash - it was awesome that they have this service because I would be in a lot of trouble otherwise. Very helpful ppl - very to the point - no extra chitchat - just down to business.

  Whenever I needed to borrow money, customer service was I think always first and they treated you as person who had needs. I like this location and the tellers were nice and kind and welcomed me with a smile which is inviting.

  all empoyees have been kind and efficient both @ Portland and 4th Plain in Washington...I don't know her name but the teller with long reddish hair @ 4 Plain is especially a very kind and gracious young lady.We have never had any problems with any of our cash advances.They are all truly up front and informative.

  If you bring all the info you need to verify your income on the first visit it goes surprisingly fast. Any visits after that are a breeze and I felt very comfortable.

  Not professional at all. Employees on their personal cell phones. Employees using bad language. Would not recommend. Will never return.

  Taniesha, the cashier at rapid cash was extremely friendly and really did go the extra mile for me!! I would recommend that anyone who might need a loan to go in and see anyone of their friendly staff!!
