  IRENE WAS AMAZING AND POLITE. VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT PAYDAY LOANS AND HAD ALL THE ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS. ITS SO STRESSFUL TO HAVE TO TAKE OUT A LOAN TO FIX YOUR CAR YOU'VE ONLY HAD 5 MONTHS AND STILL MAKING PAYMENTS ON BUT IRENE HELPED REDUCE SOME OF THAT FOR ME! THANK YOU SO MUCH IRENE.   Alja is the most friendly and beautiful girl I have ever met! She was very helpful and knew her stuff. I wish I knew her last name so I can ask her out to dinner.   Probably shouldn't be answering phones when you're in the middle if helping someone. Super unprofessional.

  I've had a few ups and downs and needed cash and rapid cash has been awesome. Customer service has always been professional and clear. Never had a problem with them.

  You sent me a refund check in August. I neglected to cash that check and it was voided. I have since attempted to get that check reissued over the phone with corporate and in person with you, and I have been hemmed up and lied to about getting it resolved on three separate occasions.

  It’s a nice and helpful place to get and helping financially needs when your rush due payment for rents etc..so go check them up they are also friendly and humble people to work with.like to know more more info go in and give it a try you will 😍

  For the most part a very smooth experience, unless you get there when they are busy and only 2 people working... the phone calls are rediculus.. they need a call center, cause phone calls get first served, which is bs.. first come, first served.. otherwise good service

  There's usually no waiting. Even during peak times this location keeps the line moving. Unbelievably they have been more than helpful well informed and top-notch in service.
