  We worked with Randy over the course of a couple of months of falling interest rates as he checked through the details of refinancing a couple of loans. The numbers were not in or favor, and Randy kept us informed of the reasons why. Then, when rates hit their new lows and the refinancing became very favorable, everything was completed in just over 2 weeks.
